Interview Meme
1. Leave me a comment saying, 'Interview me.'
2. I will respond by asking you 5 questions of a very personal nature.
3. You will update your LJ with the answers to the questions.
4. You will include this and an offer to interview someone else in the post.
5. When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them 5 questions.

My Questions and Answers:

Hesam's Questions:

1. Was Peter an annoying child? As annoying as any spirited young child. Nathan usually did well at keeping Peter in check.

2. What's the most embarrassing thing Peter has ever done? So many things to choose from. I really don't wish to relive any of them. Peter could never quite get the hang of being discreet.

3. When Peter was a child, what did you think he'd be doing now? I had hoped something much more lucrative. But I knew early on that wasn't what he was destined for.

4. Did you know your sons had....abilities, when they were younger? Oh yes. I was aware quite early.

5. Do you have a favorite - Nathan or Peter? How can you ask a mother to choose between her children? *sighs* It really depends on the day.

Sylar's Questions:

1. What's your favorite charity? It's some kind of -- I like to help out the children. The youth will one day inherit what we've left behind.

2. Is Peter adopted? You can be honest. Peter is my son. I love him dearly. Why does everybody keep thinking he's adopted?

3. What was Nathan doing with my body when he died? He said to ask you. It really doesn't concern me what he was doing with your body. Whatever it was I'm sure you deserved it.

4. What's your favorite libation? I like a good expensive red wine. And a good companion to share a glass with.

5. Are you happy with your power? *narrows eyes* I'm quite happy with my ability. It has its positives and negatives. I find it disconcerting that you're so interested in my ability.

Peter's Questions:

1. Did you ever love dad? Of course I did! Peter, what would make you ask that? Your father was once a great man.

2. Was I an "accident"? We loved you. Isn't that all that matters?

3. What do you see in my future? Sometimes it's unclear. *looks at her lap* I know someone in this house is going to be bad for you. Be careful, Peter. Be very careful. *shifty eyes*

4. How old did you think I'd be before/when I'd discover my ability? Were your dreams right or did you think it would be a lot later? I once thought you'd learn about your ability quite early on. But time passed and then I had a dream. I saw a good picture of the events that passed, quite accurately. My dreams are always accurate, you know that.

5. Any other family members I haven't found out about yet? You think I wouldn't have told you if there were?

Luke's Questions:

1. Was your husband a nice man? Yes, he was a very nice man. For a while.

2. Is it more important for you to be respected and loved or respected and feared? Does it really matter? As long as I'm respected I couldn't care less if someone loved or feared me.

3. Pearls or diamonds? Pearls, darling. Pearls.

4. Leather or lace? I sense these questions are taking a sudden turn for the worse. Can't a woman have both?

5. Pretend tomorrow is your birthday, what would you like more than anything for a present? I would wish for this apocalypse to be over and for my son's to be alive and safe.

Edgar's Questions:

1) How long have you had your powers? I've known for as far back as I can remember. I don't know if I always understood that my dreams were an ability. But eventually I caught on that my dreams were foretelling events.

2) Need any Carny children? Oh, Edgar. *smiles* If I would have any Carny children, it'd be you.

3) Who in your family (ancestors included) had the best power? I always felt my sister had such a powerful gift. She was able to control the weather. Though I don't know how that would pertain to my everyday life more than watering the plants.

4) How do you stay so classy in our little apocalypse? Years of experience, my dear Edgar.

5) What are those looks you keep giving Nathan and I? Looks? What looks? I certainly have no idea what you're talking about. I just find it comforting to know that not every person in this house is so willing to turn their backs on my son because of his... condition.
